As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once an order has been submitted, you will be provided with the order status and shipping information.
Once your order has shipped, your tracking number will be sent to the email that you provided on your order page. Every effort is made to dispatch your order as soon as possible.
All orders are processed and dispatched directly from our facility in Irvine, California. We also handle all customer returns at this location to provide a seamless experience for our US-based customers.

Handling, Transit, and Order Cut-off Time for the United States
The shipping cut-off time is 2:00 PM PT (Monday - Friday). Orders placed after 2:00 PM PT will be processed on the next business day.

Transit time: 3-6 business days (Mon-Fri)
Shipping Cost
We currently offer free shipping on all orders in the United States. Purchases are shipped via USPS Ground, UPS Ground, and FedEx Ground.
Note: Sales tax is collected for orders shipped to the state of California.
Shipping Address: Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order. BYO CARE Shop is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Shipping address issue: To change the shipping address, please contact us by email at sales@byocare.shop within 24 hours of placing the order.
Order Acceptance & Pricing
Please note that there are cases when an order cannot be processed for various reasons. The Site reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any given time. You may be asked to provide additional verifications or information, including but not limited to phone number and address, before we accept the order. To avoid any fraud with credit or debit cards, we reserve the right to obtain validation of your payment details before providing you with the product and to verify the personal information you shared with us. This verification can take the shape of an identity, place of residence, or banking information check. We reserve the right to proceed to direct cancellation of an order for which we suspect a risk of fraudulent use of a credit or debit card. We are determined to provide the most accurate pricing information on the Site to our users; however, errors may still occur, such as cases when the price of an item is not displayed correctly on the website. As such, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. If an item is mispriced, we may, at our own discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.
What happens after I place an order?
Once an order has been submitted, you will receive the order status and shipping information. You will receive the tracking number (via email) once your order has been shipped. Here are some important details:
You'll receive a confirmation email from us after your order is placed, containing your order number and your order receipt. Please check your spam folder for the confirmation email if you don't see it in your inbox.
If you don't receive a confirmation email, please email sales@byocare.shop with the subject line "Order Confirmation Not Received," and someone from our team will get in touch with you.
What happens if I cancel or change an order?
If an incorrect delivery address has been entered, please contact the team at sales@byocare.shop to modify your order ASAP. Contact our customer service for any order changes.
How do I check the status of my order?
Simply track your order using the tracking number we provide you through email. If you have yet to receive a tracking number after 7 business days, please email sales@byocare.shop, and we will assist you from there.
What happens if Missing or Lost Packages
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, don't hesitate to get in touch with us at sales@byocare.shop. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
